Managing your staff’s emotional intelligence (EQ) with their teamwork intelligence (TQ) will bring about sustainable transformation in your workplace climate. Coach Moncrief will discuss EQ components such as improving relationships, assisting one another, showing respect, making empathy real and communicating efficiently. He will also address TQ components like building trust, having resolve, recognizing responsibility and giving 100% effort. Learn practical strategies from an experienced professional basketball player and coach that will not only improve, but transform your workplace climate.
